VW Zwickau starts industrial disassembly of old cars

Volkswagen is now taking cars apart at the same German plant where it builds them. The group's first industrial disassembly line recovers genuine OEM parts and raw materials from end-of-life vehicles. From 2027, 4,100 vehicles per year will be dismantled.
